​​When should I arrive to Cartagena?

We recommend arriving Wednesday evening (February 3rd) or Thursday morning (February 4th) to experience everything we have planned.

What time should I arrive to Ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m., but we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can get settled comfortably. It is very important to us that you share every moment of this special day with us.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for the ceremony is elegant / formal attire. For outfit inspiration, please visit our Dress Code section. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our wedding planning team.

What is the deadline to RSVP?
It is very important to us to have you with us on our special day.
Please RSVP before December 15th. If for any reason you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

What happens if I do not RSVP before the deadline?
If we do not receive your confirmation, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Are children allowed?
Although we adore little ones, we have decided that our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy this special evening as a getaway for yourselves as well.

May I bring a guest?
If your guest’s name appears on the invitation we sent, we will be delighted to welcome them. Otherwise, we unfortunately will be unable to accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity.

What are the transportation services?

Here are some some transportation options to get around the city without any problems.

• App-based transportation services: Uber, InDrive and DiDi work well in Cartagena. They are a convenient, safe option with clear rates.

• Hotel or Authorized Taxis: If you prefer to take a taxi, we recommend booking one directly from your hotel or at authorized taxi stands. Avoid hailing them on the street.
